Weekend Guests Only – No day Passes for Public Admittance
Advance Ticket Price £58 Per Person.
Pay on the Gate £65 (Subject to Availability).
Price includes admission to 1/8th Mile Drags at Dunsfold Park and all entertainment and two nights
camping at Bisley National Shooting Centre.
Cut off date for advance price pre bookings, Friday 20th July 2012.
Children under 16 free admission. No under 16’s allowed in evening entertainment. Both children and
dogs are allowed on site but must be supervised at all times.
Gate opens 9am Friday 27th July. Event closes 5pm Sunday 29th July.

All cars and bikes are welcome at the Hayride but on the Showfield and Pavilion Area STRICTLY pre ’66 TRADITIONAL styled hotrods, kustoms and trucks and pre ’69 TRADITIONAL motorcycles unless Old Skool chopper/bobber style... allowed at Promoters discretion.

Cars with visible billet or billet wheels, modern ‘custom’ bikes, hotrods or trucks can park in the
main daily driver car park, or ‘shit car parking’ as its been affectionately dubbed...

Camping on Site: Due to the large amount of people attending the Hayride for obvious safety reasons
there is strictly no parking of cars on camping fields. Cars will be directed to a parking field, immediately opposite the camping field. You will not be able to park your car next to your tent. We have separate camping areas suitable for motorcyclists.

Caravans and Motorhomes. We have now hired more land suitable for caravans, so have far more capacity than last year. We cannot take any vehicle over 25’ or larger than a four berth due to the nature of the access on site. Pitches for regular size towed caravans cost an additional £25 per pitch. Vintage Caravans can pitch around the edge of the Showfield subject to available space. We regret that Bisley will not let you pitch a tent next to a caravan. Transit or VW sized campers are free.

There will be an 8pm curfew on site for all vehicles, unless arriving or leaving. Please stick to the
5mph speed limit at all times. Showtime Security reserve the right to remove vehicle keys from
anyone who ignores the safety of others on the site.
